Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Pacific Standard Time). A customer service associate will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for you to record on the address label at the bottom of the return form. Returns made without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Please fill in the Warranty Card information as it is requested, including your RAN number, and then enclose it with the returned merchandise. Make sure to record your shipment tracking number for your records. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and original condition. Installed products with cut wires or loose crystals will subject to a $50.00 fee. All shipping charges are non refundable.
For defective merchandise, please call us for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. We will ship you a replacement product at no charge or issue a refund on your original merchandise after we have received and inspected it.
